Sourced from the renowned coffee-growing regions of Tolima and Huila, "Aztec Gold" is a showcase of Colombian excellence. This coffee represents the hard work of smallholder farmers who utilize traditional "Fully Washed" processing methods to ensure clarity of flavor.

The journey from bean to bag involves selective handpicking, pulping, and a meticulous 26-to-36-hour fermentation process. Finally, the beans are sun-dried on parabolic beds for up to 20 days. Pre-ground to a coarse texture, this coffee is ready for immediate brewing.
