The chocolate itself is crafted from fine Arriba Nacional cacao beans sourced from Hacienda Victoria—a progressive farm celebrated for its environmental stewardship and delicate fermentation methods. The result is a bar that perfectly balances the mellow nuttiness of the cacao with the rich, pastry notes of the croissant.
