This bar offers a masterful study in contrast. The base is a creamy 60% Dark Milk chocolate sourced from the renowned Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. This rich, velvety backdrop allows the unique character of the inclusions to shine: crunchy crumbs from 100% rye loaves and a sprinkle of Halen Môn sea salt.

The result is a complex flavor profile where the creamy richness of the milk chocolate perfectly offsets the nutty, slightly acidic notes of the rye grain.

Ingredients:

Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, rye sourdough breadcrumbs (6%) (rye, sea salt), sourdough breadcrumbs (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%).
